YGXJ-series pipe straightener is the special equipment to straighten bent drill pipe, pumping rod, seamless steel pipe, tubing and casing. The machine adopts hyperbola multi-cross roll driving rotation straightening, use large tonnage hydraulic oil cylinder to drive cross rolls in radial direction to make butt clamp of work pieces and adopts large torque speed adjusting reducer to make the cross roll rotate and drive work pieces for straightening. So the machine can continuously straighten the cylinder type work piece with the end of thread or coupling, and has rapid straightening speed, high production efficiency, convenient operation and reliable working, which is the ideal equipment to repair bent tubing, casing, pumping rod and drill pipe.

 

Structure description: the machine consists of the main frame (consisting of the rack, straightening roll, straightening roll angle adjustment mechanism, roll gap adjustment mechanism and the mechanism of straightening roll pressing and returning to driving hydraulic cylinder), hydraulic system (consisting of the electric motor, hydraulic pump, oil tank, hydraulic manifold blocks ), driving equipment (the first pair and the third pair of straightening roll are the driving rolls, of which driving force is provided by the two reducers. One pair drives two upper straightening rolls and the other pair drives the two lower straightening rolls), transmission device (consisting of transmission roller, electric motor, support, etc) and electric control console (equipped with voltmeter, ammeter, various switches controlling straightening and AC contactor, relay and a variety of indicator lamps), etc.
